A couple of weeks ago, I began experimenting with my morning beverage to improve my mood and athletic performance as I was getting back into CrossFit. I chose maca, cordyceps, and mucuna as my adaptogenic powder blend and pea protein milk to complete my muscle matcha latte. Among my elixir’s benefits include improves sexual health and focus, boosts energy and athletic performance, and reduces inflammation and blood pressure. Stress-less is a big mood!
