Da’ Hydrator, a blend of green fruits and vegetables, is one of my go-to juices because contains a lot of water: cucumbers and celery are around 95% water, and green apples and kiwis are 85% and 95% water, respectively. And yes, they taste good together.
Think of water as the retinol for your insides. It is multi-purpose and constantly being used to help carry out most, if not all, of our key body functions. Water helps feed our cells by bringing nutrients to them, get rid of waste by flushing out toxins, lubricate our joints, protect our organs, and regulate our body temperature.
For the first three months of our lives, our body weight is made up of 75% water. On average, we’ll maintain a cool 50% for most of our lives, and it continues to dry up. The more ways you can consume fruit and vegetables that are high in water content, on top of drinking (more than) the daily recommended intake, the more hydrated and well you will be. Juice up!
