Ingredients
- vegan liquid eggs
- chili crisp
- diced cucumber
- halved grape tomatoes
- chopped dill
- sliced purple onion
- grated vegan cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Chop your veggies, grate your cheese, and set them aside, or start decorating your bowl while leaving space for your eggs.
Heat a small skillet for the eggs. Once it’s hot, add a little butter or oil to coat the bottom, then lower the heat before pouring in the eggs.
Cook your eggs to your liking, place them in the bowl, and top with chili crisp. Finish with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and dill, plus a drizzle of olive oil.
