Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup of sunflower butter
- 1 tsp of chocolate mushroom powder
- 1/2 cup of plant-based yogurt
Directions
Peel bananas and avocado. You can substitute any ingredient for a comparable ingredient and have more (or less) of any ingredient. Keep in mind that it may change the flavor and consistency of your smoothie. Feel free to do you.
Drop all of your ingredients in the blender and blend until the consistency is smooth.
