Basic B*tch Vegan Frittata

About 105 minutes
– Olive Oil
– JUST Egg
– Mixed Bell Pepper Medley
– Vegan Cheese
Preheat oven to 365 degrees Fahrenheit for baking.
Lightly coat cooking dish with olive oil. Wash all veggies. Chop peppers and onions into cubes.
Add all veggies to cooking dish. Pour eggs into cooking dish and mix with vegetables. Add salt and pepper for flavor. Add a thin layer of cheese to top it off.
Bake for approximately 90 minutes. Edges will brown. Stick a fork or toothpick in the dish to determine readiness; you know how we do.
Remove dish with oven gloves or a towel and allow to sit for 5-7 minutes.
