My spicy banana-avocado smoothie is creamy and rich with a kick brought to you by chile pepper and other ingredients that deliver healthy fats and fiber and helps maintain our blood pressure levels.
I am a breakfast spread type of n*gga. And I mean the whole nine. Potatoes, eggs, berries, toast, and some type of sauce to mop it all up. But, most days, we ain’t got time for that. Besides, I’m here for a cold-beverage summer because it’s hot as chicken grease out here. Smooth responsibly.
