Lately, my go-to breakfast meal and snack has been some type of yogurt bowl with our Unbothered Adaptogenic Elixir. Since my Go-Gurt days, I’ve f*cked with yogurt heavy. Always quick and easy, tasty and filling. And there are too many benefits and ways to get creative with your bowl not to get into it.

– 2 tbsp of sunflower butter
– 1 tbsp of strawberry jam
